.Day 1: Welcome to Uganda
Our experienced safari guide will welcome you to Uganda at Entebbe international airport, enjoy the second largest lake in the world on your to your hotel.
Day 2: Discover Uganda by road to Kidepo National Park
Our guide will pick you from your hotel for your long trip to Kitgum town council as you enjoy the varied landscape of Uganda. Remember to taste some of the local dishes of the region as you spend the night in Kitgum town.
Day 3: To the wilderness.
After breakfast enjoy game drive through the Narus valley which is the park’s prime game viewing area as wildlife gather here at water source. Other activities to enjoy are; nature walks, bird watching, mountain hiking and community walks.
Day 4 (OPTIONAL): Murchison falls national park
Choose to either transfer to Chobe safari lodge at Murchison falls and enjoy evening walks with an amazing sight of Africa’s gorgeous sundown in the company of animals like the Uganda kobs, elephants, giraffes, lions, hippos, crocodiles etc.
Day 5; Explore Paraa -home of the hippos
Enjoy boat trips to the Murchison falls that explode through Fajao gorge which passes a wealth of riverside wildlife including hippos, crocodiles, elephants, buffalo etc.
Day 6: Visit Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary
Stop over at Ziwa rhino sanctuary on your way to Kampala and the rhinos on foot to support the reintroduction of rhinos to protected areas.
OR; Mountain Elgon National Park
Mount Elgon’s cool slopes with its distinctive waterfall-streaked cliffs are an ideal retreat especially during the long drive through dusty Karamoja from Kidepo valley National park.
Day 5; Visit Sipi falls
The falls plunges over three basalts cliffs during its decent to the plains beneath. The cliffs can safely be climbed for those who are want some excitement before you journey back to kampala.
